ABOUT ME

I’m a wife, a mom, and a proud native of Buffalo, NY. I’m also the lead therapist and owner of A New Creation Psychotherapy Services, LLC, a holistic group practice in th e South Atlanta Metro area that focuses on transpersonal psychology and post-traumatic growth. I also run The Tantric MFT, LLC and partner with The Two Ladies Inc., both dedicated to energetic and spiritual healing.

AASECT CST Badge

I hold a bachelor’s degree in psychology from the University at Buffalo, a master’s in marriage and family therapy from Syracuse University, and a Ph.D. in couple and family therapy from Drexel University. I’m a Clinical Fellow and Approved Supervisor with AAMFT, a Certified Sex Therapist through AASECT AASECT, a Supervisor-in-Training, and a Board-Certified Sexologist.

With over 20 years of experience, I specialize in working with trauma—particularly intimate partner violence (IPV), sexual assault and abuse, and infidelity recovery. I also work with youth witnesses to IPV, and support individuals and couples navigating situational violence, sexual concerns, and women’s pleasure and empowerment.

My work has been featured in peer-reviewed journals, books, blogs, and media outlets including the Journal of Black Sexuality and Relationships, Vogue, Yahoo Lifestyle, Bustle, Sheen Magazine, Scary Mommy, and MadameNoire. I’ve spoken at national conferences, led workshops, hosted events for the community, and appeared on radio shows, podcasts, and panels. In 2017, I was honoured with the Trailblazer of the Year Award from the Women of Virtue Transitional Foundation.

My therapeutic approach is rooted in social justice, post-traumatic growth, and transpersonal psychology. I’m passionate about helping people heal not just emotionally, but spiritually and energetically. Whether I’m working with clients, speaking to communities, or training other therapists, my goal is always the same: to help others feel empowered, whole, and deeply seen.
