Renewals

Sugar baby memberships auto-renew at the end of each billing period. We go further than most platforms to make sure renewals are never a surprise.

7 days before renewal

We send an email reminder that your membership is due to renew, giving you plenty of time to cancel if you need to.

48 hours before renewal

A second reminder email so you never miss it.

24 hours before renewal

A final reminder before payment is taken.

Once payment is taken

We send a payment confirmation email. If you did not intend to renew, contact us at [email protected] immediately and we will review your case.

Automatic account cancellation

Private Sugar Club also automatically cancels accounts in the following situations — so members are never charged for an account that isn't active:

✕No government ID uploaded within 14 days of registration
✕No gallery uploaded within 14 days of registration

Cancellation

Cancelling your membership is straightforward and takes two clicks. No forms, no questions asked, no hoops to jump through.

Log in to your Private Sugar Club account and go to your dashboard

Click on the billing tab

Select cancel membership — done

Once cancelled, your membership remains active until the end of the period you have already paid for. You will not be charged again.

Refunds & disputes

Private Sugar Club handles refund requests on a case-by-case basis. Our customer service team reviews every request individually. If you believe you are entitled to a refund, we want to hear from you.

You were charged after cancelling

If you cancelled before your renewal date and were charged anyway, contact us immediately at [email protected]. We will investigate and resolve it.

You forgot to cancel before renewal

We send four reminder emails before every renewal. If you missed them and were charged, contact our team — we review these cases individually and will do our best to help.

Your account was banned after payment

If your account was removed for a Terms of Service violation, refunds are not automatically issued. However, if you believe the removal was in error, contact us and we will review the case.

You experienced a technical issue

If a payment was taken due to a platform error, contact us at [email protected] with the details and we will resolve it promptly.

The scenarios above are common examples, but they are not an exhaustive list. If something has gone wrong with your billing for any reason, contact us and we will look into it.
